Green Landers Limited is a financial consulting, restructuring, crisis management and transaction services firm serving companies, investors, creditors and lenders in Atlantic Canada.

Our service portfolio encompasses financial advisory, business stabilization and turnaround, crisis and interim executive management, receiverships, transaction services and restructuring arrangements pursuant to both the BIA (Bankruptcy & Insolvency Act) and CCAA (Companies Creditors Arrangement Act).

Ross Landers, our CEO, has over three decades of corporate advisory experience thus enabling us to craft creative solutions for clients. Below is a representative sample of his assignments.

St. Anne-Nackawic Pulp (2004 – 2006) – This was a significant insolvency assignment with unsecured creditors of $110,000,000 and secured creditors of $38,000,000. Annual worldwide sales of hardwood kraft pulp were $150,000,000 US with 400 employees, 75% of which were unionized. The mill was sold as a going concern to an international firm who continues to operate the mill in Nackawic, New Brunswick.

Rocan Forestry Inc (2008) – As Receiver- Manager, Ross Landers was responsible for recovery of $30,000,000 in outstanding operating loans. Rocan had international sales and branches in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick and Newfoundland.

Fishery Products Ltd (1984) – Ross had overall operational responsibility for Fishery Products, The Lake Group and John Penny & Sons which had combined annual sales of $325,000,000, an operating line of credit of $200 million, 20 processing plants and 10,000 employees. The assignment ran from August 1983 to December 31, 1985, during which time the companies were amalgamated into Fishery Products International and restructured with financial assistance from the federal and provincial governments.
